Before writing a single line of code, our research agent studied Inside Out Hair — their current website, social presence, reviews, team, and services. Here's what stood out.
4.5 stars from over 1,028 Google reviews (via Birdeye) — an extraordinary volume for a suburban salon, suggesting a deeply loyal client base in the growing Sunbury community
Open seven days a week including Sundays 10am-4pm and late nights until 8pm on Thursdays — a scheduling rarity for hair salons that makes them accessible to Sunbury's busy families and commuter professionals
Led by Jen, the salon operates from 6/90 Vineyard Road with no website — running entirely on social media and word-of-mouth, yet has amassed more reviews than many multi-location salon chains

Visual Direction
A 6-page site with 9 components including dedicated pages for colour services and bridal hair — two high-value service categories. The bespoke Style Lookbook interactive component lets visitors browse styling options. The testimonial carousel draws from the massive review pool, while the floating CTA drives bookings across all pages.
Design Rationale
Inside Out Hair has 1,028 reviews but no website — a remarkable disconnect between reputation and digital presence. The design converts that word-of-mouth energy into a structured online experience, with the bridal page capturing high-value bookings and the Style Lookbook replacing the Instagram scrolling that currently serves as the salon's visual portfolio.

Methodology
Spark (research agent) scraped Inside Out Hair's current website, Google reviews, social media, and business listings. Every piece of real data — team names, service pricing, business hours, unique details — was extracted into a structured profile.
Based on the research, a bespoke design direction was created specifically for Inside Out Hair. No templates — the typography, color palette, layout patterns, and visual effects were all chosen to match this business's personality and industry.
Pixel (design agent) built the entire 6-page Next.js application from scratch — 9 custom components, real content from the research phase, App Router with proper routing, and production-grade code.
Sentinel (QA agent) verified the build compiles cleanly, checked for placeholder content, validated all routes render correctly, and confirmed the design is unique (not recycled from another demo).
Additional Notes
Research covered 6 sources including Birdeye reviews aggregator (primary source for the 4.5-star rating and 1,028 review count), beautynailhairsalons.com Facebook mirror, and fyple.biz directory. No official website exists. Instagram and Facebook couldn't be directly scraped. Brave Search API was exhausted, so Yahoo Search was used as fallback. No pricing data was found anywhere. Data completeness rated medium.
