Built a digital agency and learned how to make repeatable delivery systems when every week has a client deadline.

Karitha
Founded and operated Realm of Karitha, a Web3 RPG on MultiversX. Built a 9-person team, shipped a community pre-alpha, and learned how quickly token valuations can move ahead of durable revenue and team trust.

Vietnam
Moved to Hanoi for an operations role at an early-stage startup. Came back to Melbourne clearer about the kind of systems, teams, and products I wanted to build.

Since 2024, I have focused on products, practical AI systems, public experiments, and the operating lessons behind them.

What I'm doing now
Building and refining a smaller set of products, experiments, and operating systems. The focus is useful work with a clear owner and a real purpose.
Most weeks I am designing flows in the morning, wiring systems in the afternoon, and shipping changes at night. Small scopes and quick loops make it easier to share progress and adjust along the way.
