The Agency Years
Fresh out of university admin roles, I spotted a gap. Small businesses needed digital help, but agencies were either too expensive or too generic. So I built Lavon--a digital services agency that actually understood how smaller companies operated.
Within two years, we'd scaled to consistent six-figure revenue. But more importantly, I learned the power of systems. Client onboarding dropped from 5 days to 1. Automated reporting freed up hours each week. The 85% retention rate came from one thing: doing what we said we'd do.
That's when I enrolled in RMIT's Digital Transformation program. I wanted to understand why most digital projects failed--and how to build ones that didn't.
