🏢 Commercial Electrical Services · Footscray, Melbourne
Professional Certified Electrical Services
Research Phase
Before writing a single line of code, our research agent studied INS Electrical — their current website, social presence, reviews, team, and services. Here's what stood out.
Perfect 5.0-star Google rating from 47 reviews — with team members Bill, Jamie, and Jayden all named by customers, suggesting a small, consistent crew rather than a rotating subcontractor model
Claims over 13 years in the electrical and customer service industry, operating from Unit 1/2B Parker Street in Footscray with REC compliance — covering commercial maintenance, switchboard upgrades, data/AV, security, and solar across Melbourne's west
Positions on speed and responsiveness with the line 'You won't be waiting weeks for quotes and updates' — a direct counter to the common trade industry pain point of slow communication
Design Phase
Every design decision was intentional — informed by the research, not pulled from a template library.
Visual Direction
A focused 4-page site with 9 components split across commercial, residential, and solar service pages. The bespoke Power Triage Checker interactive component helps users diagnose common electrical issues before calling. The counter component surfaces key trust metrics, while the testimonial carousel leverages the strong 5.0-star review profile.
Design Rationale
INS Electrical's existing website (inselectrical.com.au) covers their services but lacks the interactive engagement that converts visitors. The Power Triage Checker addresses the electrician's core value prop — fast, knowledgeable response — by letting potential customers self-diagnose before picking up the phone, pre-qualifying leads while demonstrating expertise.
Build Phase
Site Architecture
// Next.js App Router
Methodology
Spark (research agent) scraped INS Electrical's current website, Google reviews, social media, and business listings. Every piece of real data — team names, service pricing, business hours, unique details — was extracted into a structured profile.
Based on the research, a bespoke design direction was created specifically for INS Electrical. No templates — the typography, color palette, layout patterns, and visual effects were all chosen to match this business's personality and industry.
Pixel (design agent) built the entire 4-page Next.js application from scratch — 9 custom components, real content from the research phase, App Router with proper routing, and production-grade code.
Sentinel (QA agent) verified the build compiles cleanly, checked for placeholder content, validated all routes render correctly, and confirmed the design is unique (not recycled from another demo).
Additional Notes
Research covered 12 sources — the most comprehensive in this batch — including the official website (inselectrical.com.au and insconsulting.com.au), Google Maps browser snapshots, and directory attempts. The perfect 5.0-star rating from 47 Google reviews was verified. Team member names were extracted from individual review mentions. Brave Search API quota was exhausted mid-research. Data completeness rated medium — daily hours and founder identity could not be fully confirmed.
