🏢 Electrical Infrastructure · Inner West Melbourne, Melbourne
Any project, big or small. Servicing the Melbourne metropolitan area. Denki Electrical will get the job done.
Research Phase
Before writing a single line of code, our research agent studied Denki Electrical — their current website, social presence, reviews, team, and services. Here's what stood out.
Family-run by owner Anthony with 15+ years experience, offering 17 distinct electrical services spanning residential, commercial, and specialist categories — from switchboard upgrades and complete house rewires to NBN data cabling and motion detector installation
The existing website is a basic 2-page static HTML site (index + contact) with no subpages — despite servicing all of Melbourne metro across domestic and commercial projects with A-grade electricians and Energy Safe Victoria / WorkSafe Victoria credentials
Founded in 2013 and based in Melbourne's inner west, Denki emphasises certifying all jobs upon completion and guaranteeing all workmanship — the owner is directly involved in every quote and job oversight, per the website's brand messaging
Design Phase
Every design decision was intentional — informed by the research, not pulled from a template library.
Visual Direction
A focused 4-page site with 9 components including a bespoke LightingPlanner interactive tool, Accordion for service FAQs, Counter for experience metrics, and FloatingCTA for quote requests. The route structure splits services across dedicated Residential, Commercial, and Lighting pages rather than listing everything on one page, giving each service category room to breathe with ImageGallery project showcases.
Design Rationale
Denki's current site is just 2 static HTML pages for a business offering 17 services across metro Melbourne — the design gap is enormous. The LightingPlanner component targets one of their key service categories with an interactive tool that generates quote-ready specifications, converting browsers into leads. Splitting into Residential, Commercial, and Lighting pages lets Denki rank for specific search terms rather than competing as a generic 'Melbourne electrician'. The safety-first brand voice (Energy Safe Victoria, WorkSafe credentials) is woven throughout.
Build Phase
Site Architecture
// Next.js App Router
Methodology
Spark (research agent) scraped Denki Electrical's current website, Google reviews, social media, and business listings. Every piece of real data — team names, service pricing, business hours, unique details — was extracted into a structured profile.
Based on the research, a bespoke design direction was created specifically for Denki Electrical. No templates — the typography, color palette, layout patterns, and visual effects were all chosen to match this business's personality and industry.
Pixel (design agent) built the entire 4-page Next.js application from scratch — 9 custom components, real content from the research phase, App Router with proper routing, and production-grade code.
Sentinel (QA agent) verified the build compiles cleanly, checked for placeholder content, validated all routes render correctly, and confirmed the design is unique (not recycled from another demo).
Additional Notes
Research covered 9 sources achieving medium data completeness. The official website — a basic 2-page static site — provided the core business data including 17 service categories, brand story, and owner details. Brave Search API limits prevented Google review retrieval. Facebook existed but couldn't be fetched. Customer testimonials were extracted directly from the website. No pricing was found anywhere across any source.
