Research Phase
Before writing a single line of code, our research agent studied Vickey Annakis — Clinical Psychologist — their current website, social presence, reviews, team, and services. Here's what stood out.
Registered as a Psychologist since 1987 with clinical training completed at the Austin Hospital in 1989 — over 37 years of continuous practice, including 8 years as the Psychologist at the Mother-Baby Unit at Mercy Hospital for Women where she developed the in-patient Cognitive Behavioural group program
Practises across 5 Melbourne locations (Werribee, South Yarra, Box Hill, Mitcham, and St Kilda Road) as part of the Antenatal & Postnatal Psychology Network — an unusually wide geographic spread for a sole practitioner clinical psychologist
Offers counselling in Greek alongside English and is EMDR-trained, specialising in perinatal psychology including postnatal depression, reproductive loss, miscarriage, stillbirth and birth trauma — a rare combination of language accessibility and niche clinical expertise
Design Phase
Every design decision was intentional — informed by the research, not pulled from a template library.
Visual Direction
A 6-page site with dedicated sections for perinatal services and therapy modalities, built with 9 components including a bespoke Perinatal Pathway interactive feature that guides visitors through the stages of care. The warm, professional layout uses soft visual language appropriate for a clinical psychology practice focused on vulnerable populations.
Design Rationale
Vickey's current online presence is a single page on the Antenatal & Postnatal Psychology Network site — adequate for referrals but not for conveying 37 years of specialist depth. The design gives her expertise room to breathe, with the Perinatal Pathway component addressing the key challenge: helping anxious prospective clients understand what treatment looks like before making a call.
Build Phase
Site Architecture
// Next.js App Router
Methodology
Spark (research agent) scraped Vickey Annakis — Clinical Psychologist's current website, Google reviews, social media, and business listings. Every piece of real data — team names, service pricing, business hours, unique details — was extracted into a structured profile.
Based on the research, a bespoke design direction was created specifically for Vickey Annakis — Clinical Psychologist. No templates — the typography, color palette, layout patterns, and visual effects were all chosen to match this business's personality and industry.
Pixel (design agent) built the entire 6-page Next.js application from scratch — 9 custom components, real content from the research phase, App Router with proper routing, and production-grade code.
Sentinel (QA agent) verified the build compiles cleanly, checked for placeholder content, validated all routes render correctly, and confirmed the design is unique (not recycled from another demo).
Additional Notes
Research covered 8 sources including the Antenatal & Postnatal Psychology Network profile (primary bio, qualifications, career history), Healthdirect directory listing, and Bookwell for appointment availability and location hours. No Google reviews were found. Data completeness was medium — this is a sole practitioner without her own website, so career history from the network profile was the richest source.
