Research Phase
Before writing a single line of code, our research agent studied Alliance Electrical Australia Pty Ltd — their current website, social presence, reviews, team, and services. Here's what stood out.
Consistently listed at 27 Fowler Road, Dandenong South across multiple directories with landline (03) 9705 8887 — but their domain allianceelectrical.com.au now displays a completely different Byron Bay electrician's business, indicating domain loss or entity mismatch
Service scope extends beyond standard electrical work to include data, communications, and security installations — per Facebook search snippet and Hotfrog profile, covering domestic, commercial, and industrial contexts
Contact person 'David' is associated with the business via email (david@allianceelectrical.com.au) and mobile (+61 409 313 324), though founder details could not be independently verified
Design Phase
Every design decision was intentional — informed by the research, not pulled from a template library.
Visual Direction
A 6-page electrical contractor site with 9 components across home, about, residential, commercial, industrial, and contact pages. The bespoke Scope Configurator interactive component lets clients define their electrical project scope and requirements — useful for a business covering domestic through to industrial work. The three dedicated service tier pages reflect their cross-market positioning.
Design Rationale
Alliance Electrical's website domain now belongs to a different business in Byron Bay — they've effectively lost their online identity. This design rebuilds it with clear service tier separation (residential, commercial, industrial) matching their Hotfrog-confirmed multi-sector positioning. The Scope Configurator helps qualify leads by project complexity, which matters for a contractor spanning home rewires to industrial installations.
Build Phase
Site Architecture
// Next.js App Router
Methodology
Spark (research agent) scraped Alliance Electrical Australia Pty Ltd's current website, Google reviews, social media, and business listings. Every piece of real data — team names, service pricing, business hours, unique details — was extracted into a structured profile.
Based on the research, a bespoke design direction was created specifically for Alliance Electrical Australia Pty Ltd. No templates — the typography, color palette, layout patterns, and visual effects were all chosen to match this business's personality and industry.
Pixel (design agent) built the entire 6-page Next.js application from scratch — 9 custom components, real content from the research phase, App Router with proper routing, and production-grade code.
Sentinel (QA agent) verified the build compiles cleanly, checked for placeholder content, validated all routes render correctly, and confirmed the design is unique (not recycled from another demo).
Additional Notes
Research checked 10 sources including Hotfrog, Word of Mouth, Birdeye, DuckDuckGo, and Facebook search snippets. Data completeness rated medium — the primary obstacle was that allianceelectrical.com.au now presents a different Byron Bay business (phone 0401 377 069), so no first-party content could be attributed to the Dandenong South entity. Several directory sources were blocked by Cloudflare. Facebook page content required login. Hours sourced from Birdeye are unverified against first-party data.
