Separate hype from practical wins you can actually ship.
AI is powerful, but it is not magic. For small businesses, the goal is not to be cutting edge. The goal is to create leverage: more output, less stress, and fewer mistakes.
This lesson gives you a reality check so you do not waste time chasing the wrong things.
Myth 1: AI can run my business. AI can help you run parts of your business. It cannot set direction, manage relationships, or make hard calls when things are messy. Expect support, not autopilot.
Myth 2: You need perfect data. You do not. Most small business wins come from working with what you already have: emails, FAQs, sales notes, proposals, and checklists.

If you can describe the input and output in one sentence, the task is ready for AI.
