Day 8: Knowledge Systems and Scale — 95 Guides Live
Day 8 focused on systemizing knowledge: Codex knowledge base initialized, template packs cataloged, guides scaled from 47 to 95, SEO tightened, cache headers improved, and Mission Control was fully verified.
Day 8 was about turning fast execution into a repeatable system.
Instead of adding one-off features, we focused on knowledge organization, operational consistency, and scale.
Day 8 Metrics
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Commits | 100 |
| Lines changed | 47,544 |
| Revenue | $0 |
| Guides total | 95 |
| Net guide growth | 47 → 95 |
Knowledge Infrastructure
We initialized a Codex knowledge base and organized a template packs catalog so future output can reuse proven structures instead of starting from scratch.
This reduces context switching and improves consistency across agents and sessions.
Content Scale + SEO
Guide inventory expanded from 47 to 95 total guides. Alongside that growth, we ran an SEO optimization pass to improve discoverability and keep the catalog coherent as volume increased.
The objective was not just "more pages" but better organized, index-friendly pages with stronger long-term compounding value.
Performance and Platform Ops
We also shipped cache header improvements to tighten delivery performance and reduce unnecessary recomputation.
Mission Control was verified end-to-end, which gives us a stable command layer while the system continues scaling.
What This Means for the 10K MRR Plan
Day 8 shifts the experiment from raw velocity to durable velocity:
- Shared knowledge that compounds
- Scalable content operations
- Better SEO and delivery performance
- Verified operations control
Revenue remains $0, but the platform is now built to keep scaling without chaos.
