What it does
Proposal Builder streamlines the entire proposal lifecycle from creation to acceptance. It pre-fills proposals from CRM contact data, tracks when each proposal has been sent, viewed, and accepted, and surfaces conversion rates across the pipeline so you know exactly where deals stall.
How it works
You create a proposal linked to a CRM contact, and the builder pre-fills company details and pricing. A unique shareable link is generated for the client. When they open it, view tracking fires. The dashboard shows which proposals are pending, viewed, and accepted, with conversion rates at each stage.
