I ran the sprint with two AI teammates - Rook for code, Kai for content. The archive logs what they shipped, where I stalled, and what I carry forward.

03 · Editor note
Thirty days, one public goal: $10,000 MRR from a fresh product with two AI teammates on the build. I opened the sprint on 1 February 2026, closed it on March 2, 2026, and kept a daily record of the commits, signups, tools, and stalls that were actually logged. The revenue line came in short. The delivery cadence did not. What I carry forward is the operating rhythm, not the dollar figure.
