Research Phase
Before writing a single line of code, our research agent studied Bisque Studios — their current website, social presence, reviews, team, and services. Here's what stood out.
No research data could be located for this business — no website, social media, Google listing, or directory entries were found during the research phase, making this a true blank-slate build
The demo was built as a ceramics/pottery studio concept with 7 pages including Classes, Workshops, Membership, and Gallery — structured around the creative studio business model despite zero verified business data
At just 533 TSX lines and 2 components (FloatingBook and Nav), this is the most minimal build in the batch — a 4-minute build time reflecting the limited data available to work with
Design Phase
Every design decision was intentional — informed by the research, not pulled from a template library.
Visual Direction
A lightweight 7-page site with only 2 components — a Navigation bar and FloatingBook booking widget — built in just 4 minutes and 533 lines of TSX. The page structure covers Classes, Workshops, Membership, Gallery, About, and Contact, providing a complete studio website framework despite the absence of verified business data.
Design Rationale
With no online presence to draw from, the design focuses on providing a functional website template that a ceramics studio could immediately populate with real content. The FloatingBook component prioritises class and workshop booking conversion — the primary revenue action for a creative studio. The 7-page structure anticipates the content needs of a studio offering both classes and memberships.

Methodology
Spark (research agent) scraped Bisque Studios's current website, Google reviews, social media, and business listings. Every piece of real data — team names, service pricing, business hours, unique details — was extracted into a structured profile.
Based on the research, a bespoke design direction was created specifically for Bisque Studios. No templates — the typography, color palette, layout patterns, and visual effects were all chosen to match this business's personality and industry.
Pixel (design agent) built the entire 7-page Next.js application from scratch — 2 custom components, real content from the research phase, App Router with proper routing, and production-grade code.
Sentinel (QA agent) verified the build compiles cleanly, checked for placeholder content, validated all routes render correctly, and confirmed the design is unique (not recycled from another demo).
Additional Notes
Zero sources were found during research — no website, social media, directories, or review platforms returned results for Bisque Studios in Melbourne. Data completeness is unknown. The demo was constructed as a representative ceramics studio site based on the business name and category classification alone.
More from the experiment
This case study is part of the AI Web Lab — a 30-day experiment where AI agents build bespoke websites for real Melbourne businesses. Every site is researched, designed, and built from scratch by a team of five specialist AI agents. The full methodology, code, and results are documented transparently.
This study is being prepared for publication as part of a research paper on AI-assisted web development at scale.
We built Bisque Studios's site in 4 minutes. Same process, same quality — a custom website built for you, not a template.
