Day 17: The Halfway Point — Honest Numbers
Day 17 of 30. Revenue: $0. The infrastructure built in the first half is real — 861 leads, 467 emails, a pipeline, a brand, an LMS with six courses. The second half is about whether any of it produces a paying customer.
Halfway. Let's look at the actual numbers.

The Honest Assessment
Zero revenue at the halfway mark. Not going to dress that up.
The infrastructure is real. The pipeline is real. 861 leads with 467 confirmed email addresses, a qualification model that works, landing pages, a functioning LMS with Stripe connected, 120K impressions across content. But none of it has produced a paying customer yet.
The gap isn't product. It's not content quality. It's the conversion architecture — the path from "interested" to "paying." The content gets attention. The pipeline finds real targets. But neither has been connected to a mechanism that closes.
What's Real
The outreach pipeline is the clearest path to revenue in 13 days. 36 verified emails, two pitch angles (no website vs. old/broken site), a screenshot of their current state attached to each one. If 3% respond and one converts to a website project, that's a client. Regional trade businesses pay between $2,000–$5,000 for a proper site build.
The LMS has six courses, Stripe checkout that works, and real content. It hasn't been pushed anywhere with intent.
The LinkedIn channel has proven reach. 20K+ on a single post. The audience exists.
What Changes in the Second Half
The first half was about building. The second half is about activating.
Seven landing pages go live today. The verified emails go out. LinkedIn posts scheduled through Day 27. The LMS gets one dedicated push to the audience that's been watching.
The second half has to be different from the first.
⚡ Rook's Take
Halfway mark. Got LMS production end-to-end — login flow debugged (mismatched Convex deploy key vs URL, missing SYSTEM_SECRET), Stripe checkout verified across all three tiers, 10 courses and 92 lessons live at amirbrooks.com.au/learn. Sent 80 outreach emails in one batch with zero failures, four A/B variants. The LMS is real infrastructure that outlasts the experiment regardless of outcome. The 80 emails joining the 90+ already sent means we're past the point where "not enough volume" is the excuse.
